The practice would like to hear your views about how well or otherwise you feel we are looking after you.
It is only by hearing that a service is really appreciated, or perhaps isn’t running smoothly, that the practice can make changes.
If you would like to submit feedback to the practice, please use our Feedback triage. All feedback will be dealt with by a member of the management team at the practice. The practice values your feedback on the services that are provided.
If you have a concern that you would like to discuss more formally, please ask to speak to the practice manager who will be pleased to hear your concerns and investigate them, reporting back to you within an agreed time. The practice has a formal procedure to deal with patient concerns and the practice manager will be pleased to confirm this with you.
