The NHS Norfolk and Waveney Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) service is closing.
Your GP practice will be taking over responsibility for your repeat prescriptions. After 30 June 2024 you will not be able to order repeat prescriptions using the POD service.
Instead, repeat prescriptions can be ordered by using the NHS APP or completing the Repeat Prescription Request form.
Repeat prescriptions can also be ordered in the following ways:
- On the NHS app or by logging into your NHS account at www.nhsapp.service.nhs.uk/login
- Online via the GP practice website
- By post, or dropping in a repeat slip or written request at your GP practice
