If you would like advice on whether a test is needed or if you should self-isolate please visit: www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/self-isolation-and-treatment/when-to-self-isolate-and-what-to-do
If you do need to self-isolate and your employer are asking for proof please generate your own isolation note from: 111.nhs.uk/isolation-note
Please do not contact your GP for a sick note or for advice on whether you should book a test or not.
Please be advised we do not carry out COVID-19 testing on site and cannot help with booking these.
